The directions were printed microscopically so it was extremely hard to read. I found another similar camera with better directions (larger print) so I was able to get it connected. I’m still trying to figure out settings as the camera sends me alerts, but there’s nothing to see in the alert copy. Tried medium sensitivity & still have the same problem. Overall, though, I’m happy with it so far. The picture is good, sound is good, but haven’t tried night vision as I the light attracts tiny spiders & gives me too many motion alerts.I love my light bulb camera. I’m was easy to set up and it works ! I love the ability to move to camera via my iPhone. I can set off an alarm and talk through the cane from my phone. I use the camera to monitor my kitchen door. Thank downloaded the CloudEye app to my iPhone and I can access my camera anywhere and anytime. It sends me notifications of any movement around my kitchen door. You can set the sensitivity to high, medium or low regarding motion. So, when we first put these up, the night vision picture quality was great. After about a week or so, the night vision picture is now very poor qualitySuper easy to set up and get going. If you are placing in an outdoor fixture consider buying a socket extender or the camera may be blocked by your fixture. Lots of features, clear video and overall well worth the money.I am using this camera for the backyard patioyes it was easy to install/camera video/picture is super great better than my cell phonehowever, it says "motion sensor" and it does NOT MOVE which is what I wantedif someone walks down the street in front of my house I wanted the camera to detect it and to follow this person IT DOES NOTit indicated in the write up about the camera it was motion sensor and someone like me who is 76 and need my grandson (computer guy) to set it up for me was great it just didnt give me the motion video I wantedI am going to call a help center when it's convenientI love this frame and love that my family across the miles can all share pictures via the app.My only complaint is that my frame frequently, and randomly, goes off line. According to the “FAQ” section this is a provider issue…but that seems odd since it works - until it doesn’t. It’s frustrating. The suggestions in the FAQ says to contact the internet provider, and I feel like that’s going to result in a round and round conversation. Had I known this part in advance, I would have chosen a different option.I’m giving this a high rating because that’s my only complaint. It’s just an annoyance that randomly resolved itself…
