Works great and was easy set upWe have a special needs child, he is 7 years old. He was just discharged from the hospital after being admitted for almost 3o days. He has 24hours of skilled nursing. For some reason, he was crying bloody murder on only one nurse that works at night. We would check on him and we couldnt figure out what's going on. He never cries unless he's not feeling good, you would rarely hear him cry, you usually would just see his tears falling. Anyhow, we bought this camera and saw the nurse being ver aggressive with him, when changing his diaper, tranferring him to chair from his home hospital bed and vice versa and suctioning his secretions either from nose or mouth. I can just go on and on. Not even a week after he is discharged from his second hospitalization, he is back in the ICU, some other concerns with the same nurse seen on camera. Unfortunately, we expected that the camera will just record without the SD Card, and the buying the SD card can wait. I don't know what difference it would make though. My son can never confirm and tell us what happened, why, how, yada yada yada, since he is non-verbal. And we are being questioned that we are being "paranoid" for putting up a camera on his room and may end up one day not having skilled nuring at home. The kid doesnt talk, rarely cries, and if he cries bloody murder, something is awfully wrong. Camera captured some photos. The night the same night nurse worked, my husband put in the SD card, a couple of hours later, she left her shift, she's supposed to stay til 8am. The camera captured heartbreaking behavior of the nurse. It's like my son is a just a manequin. Did we notify her agency? Yes. Showed pictures and videos. But, the concern was taken as part of his condition and current illness, and that he was just crying cuz he didnt feel good. He only did that, (not once, many times, cry bloody murder) on one nurse. I am not putting the camera down when he gets home, whether they send u nurses or not.On the box I received, it says support by Alexa but in actual it does not. So if you are buying for purpose of integrating it with Google or Amazon, stay away. For rest of the part, it seems to be of reasonable quality and worth the price.I bought this before a trip since I needed to watch my cat. I had a pretty good experience using it. Camera turns smoothly and fast enough for me to follow my cat around remotely. The two-way communication was also great. My cat always looked at the camera when I went "psss". Although not youtube video quality, the video is good. I can see everything pretty clearly even when turning the camera around. Overall a pretty solid product. Definitely a good choice for pet camera.The setup process was easy, I was able to set it up in a couple of minutes. After setting up, the connection is stable, I didn’t encounter any connectivity issues.The picture quality is pretty good. I really like the 360 swivel feature. I was able to get a while glance of the room when I’m away.At this price point, this camera is pretty hard to beat. It's motion dection to know when kids come home from school?.Meanwhile it can move around to film the entire living room. I like it to sit on my candle support.
